It's Cool

Well, the World Series is over, basketball season hasn't started, and the Oilers don't live here anymore. On the plus side, it's Fall, and there's a few weeks of very nice weather between the hot and the cold - if you get up off your couch and go outside. Enjoy the nip in the air while the sun is still shining bright. Take a walk or go to the park - after that heat wave we had this summer, it's really worth enjoying.

Of course, it will get cold. If you're not a cold weather type, you might not be in a mood to celebrate, but let AskRecy point out the bright side.

Here's some good things about cooler weather:

You can wear suits and still be comfortable.
Your electricity bill goes down.
Your car has more power with the A/C off.
Shivering stimulates the metabolism and makes you move faster.
There's something about women in sweaters.
You enjoy that hot cup of coffee more in the morning!
Baking bread and pies is a lot more fun.
A fire in the fireplace is more "interactive" than TV.
You can feel Thanksgiving & Christmas coming.
It's an excellent time to snuggle up with your honey.
